By accessing or using the Zunii mobile application ("Service," "App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zunii. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

When you accept these Terms during registration, we record a timestamp of your acceptance for legal compliance purposes.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
🔞 Adults Only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zunii. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We actively monitor for and remove accounts of users who appear to be under 18.
2.2 Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2.3 Restrictions
You may not use Zunii if:
You are under 18 years of age
You have been previously banned from the Service
You are prohibited by law from using the Service
You are a registered sex offender
You have been convicted of a violent crime
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Methods
To use Zunii, you must register for an account using one of the following methods:

Google Sign-In
Email and Password (with email verification)
3.2 Account Information
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each person may only maintain one Zunii account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate the system, or for any other purpose is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3.4 Profile Requirements
Your profile must include:
Your real first name (displayed as initials to other users)
Your accurate age (you must be 18+)
A profile photo that clearly shows your face
Accurate gender and location information
4. User Conduct
4.1 General Standards
You agree to:
Treat all users with respect and dignity
Communicate honestly and authentically
Respect other users' privacy and boundaries
Use the Service only for its intended purpose
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4.2 Prohibited Behaviors
You agree NOT to:
Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
Share false information about your age, identity, or intentions
Stalk or persistently contact users who have blocked you
Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
Attempt to extract personal information from other users
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to bypass any security measures
Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
5. Prohibited Content
🚨 Zero Tolerance Policy
The following content and behaviors will result in immediate and permanent account suspension without warning:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting or promoting child exploitation
Child Grooming: Any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors
Violent Threats: Direct threats of physical violence against any person
Self-Harm Promotion: Content promoting suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders
Terrorism: Content glorifying or promoting terrorist activities
We report child exploitation content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
5.1 Sexual Content
The following is strictly prohibited:
Pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos, or messages
Unsolicited sexual advances or requests
Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
Sexual exploitation or trafficking
Prostitution or escort services
5.2 Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on:
Race, ethnicity, or national origin
Religion or religious beliefs
Gender or gender identity
Sexual orientation
Disability
Age
Caste
Immigration or veteran status
5.3 Violence & Harmful Content
Graphic violence or gore
Promotion of dangerous activities
Instructions for weapons or explosives
Encouragement of violence against any person or group
5.4 Illegal Activities
Drug sales or trafficking
Weapons sales
Fraud or scam schemes
Money laundering
Any other illegal activities
5.5 Spam & Deceptive Content
Spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotions
Phishing attempts
Malware or malicious links
Fake profiles or catfishing
Misleading information about the Service
6. Service Features
6.1 Matching System
Zunii connects users randomly based on selected filters (age, gender, country). We do not guarantee matches and are not responsible for the behavior or content of other users. Matching is subject to availability and our safety systems.
6.2 Ephemeral Chats
⏱️ How Ephemeral Chats Work
Initial chats have a 10-minute timer
Both users must agree to extend the chat to continue
Extended chats last an additional 60 minutes
During extended chats, users may add each other as connections
Chat data is automatically deleted when the chat ends (unless connected)
6.3 Anonymity Features
Users are initially shown only by their initials
Full names are shared only if you choose to share them
Profile pictures are shared only if you choose to share them
You share personal information at your own risk
6.4 Screenshot Detection
On iOS and Android devices, the Service includes screenshot detection. When a screenshot is taken during a chat, both participants are notified. This feature is NOT available on web browsers.
6.5 Connections
If both users agree during an extended chat, they can add each other as connections. Connection chats do not have time limits and allow image sharing.
6.6 Image Sharing
Image sharing is only available in connection chats. All images are:
Automatically deleted after 24 hours
Subject to our content policies
Stored securely and encrypted in transit
7. Safety & Moderation
7.1 Reporting System
Users can report others for violations of these Terms. Report categories include:
Harmful Behavior: Harassment, sexual content, hate speech, illegal activity
Community Violations: Spam/scams, impersonation, inappropriate profiles
7.2 Report Handling
Critical reports: Immediate account suspension, reviewed within 24 hours
Serious reports: Reviewed within 48 hours
Other reports: Reviewed within 7 days
7.3 Automatic Actions
Reporting a user automatically:
Blocks them from matching with you again
Ends any active chat between you
May apply temporary restrictions to the reported user
7.4 Progressive Enforcement
Based on report count and severity, we may:
Issue warnings
Apply temporary cooldowns (10 minutes to 2 hours)
Temporarily suspend the account
Permanently ban the account
Users who receive 5 or more verified reports will have their accounts permanently locked.
7.5 Blocking
You can block any user at any time. Blocked users:
Cannot match with you again
Cannot contact you through the Service
Will not be notified that they are blocked
7.6 New Account Restrictions
To prevent abuse, new accounts (less than 24 hours old) have limited functionality, including restrictions on image sharing.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8.1 Data Handling Highlights
Chat messages are deleted when chats end (unless you're connected)
Images are automatically deleted after 24 hours
We do not sell your personal information
You can request deletion of your data at any time
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Zunii and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Service. By sharing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and transmit such content as necessary to operate the Service.
9.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion:
Requires typing "delete my account permanently" to confirm
Is permanent and irreversible
Removes all your data from our systems
Cannot be completed if you have pending reports against you
10.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
Violation of these Terms
Violation of our Community Guidelines
Receiving multiple verified reports
Engaging in illegal activities
At our sole discretion for any reason
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Service ends immediately
We may delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination
11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.1 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time or location.
11.2 User Interactions
We are not responsible for the conduct of any user. You use the Service at your own risk and agree that we are not liable for any interactions with other users, including but not limited to:
Offensive or harmful content from other users
Misrepresentation by other users
Any harm resulting from meeting users in person
Any emotional or psychological harm from interactions
11.3 Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZUNII, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you haven't paid anything)
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zunii, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit through the Service
14. Governing Law & Disputes
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
Posting the updated Terms in the App
Updating the "Last Updated" date
Displaying an in-app notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zunii regarding the Service.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
